As always, we’ve done our best to keep the fees affordable for everyone. We have kept almost all fees at the same price point as 2025 in an effort to keep football affordable for all..

As a not-for-profit organisation, every cent we make goes back into the development of football in Rotorua.

Junior Fees

Grade 5
For players of any gender turning 5 this year.

Youth Fees

Junior High School Grade Girls (new age group for 2026)

Year 9 and Year 10 in 2026.
For girls wishing to play in a girls-only league, who are Year 9 and 10 this year.

Grade 14/15 Mixed
For boys (and girls wishing to play in a mixed grade) who turn 15 or 16 this year.

For boys (and girls wishing to play in a mixed grade) who turn 16-19 this year.

U19 Girls/ Year 11, 12 and 13.
This is now aged by school year rather than age in the calendar year.
Includes girls born up to 2007 (including girls who have finished their schooling).

Youth Federation/Adacemy Teams (12-16th Grade)
For Youth Players wishing to play in more competitive grades and receive more advanced and regular coaching as part of our Lakes FC Academy.

FAQs

Can I register for part of the season, on a pay-to-pay basis?

If you’re interested in this, please email office@lakesfc.co.nz to be added to our mailing list or follow us on Facebook to keep across the latest announcements.

There is an additional fee added at the end of the payment process - what is this?

We’re charged a fee by our payment gateway provider, Stripe (2.9% + 0.3 cents) to process registration payments, which is reflected in the final registration amount. In the interests or transparency, we’ve opted to make this visible to you rather than hide it in the registration fee overall.
If you don’t have a compatible card to complete payment, or you’re unable to pay online for another reason (e.g. financial hardship), please get in touch with us at office@lakesfc.co.nz and we will see what we can do to help.
